Land TradeIf you have any land on the mainland you can trade it with us for free land use in AsRux Estates. The amount of free time is calculated based on our USD PayPal Rates, the trade in rate is $10 USD per 512sqm of Land so a single 512 sqm parcel of Mainland property will give you 4 weeks of free land use on our Estate on the same 512sqm Parcel. The more land you trade the more free time or discount you get. You can also buy a larger parcel of land and get either a discount or Free time. See below for an example of the trade in bonus to expect.
The Rules: 1. Our trade in Rate is Fixed and Non-Negotiable. 2. You must complete the process within 24 hours of purchasing land in our estate. 3. You can trade multiple parcels but the parcels must each be 512sqm or more. 4. This Offer ONLY Applies to Linden Labs Mainland Property, you cannot trade any land holdings in another Estate. 5. You are still subject to our covenant. 6. Trade in Bonus can only be used for Free Land Use, Not Converted to Cash. 7. Maximum Free Land use Time is 3 Months. Here is the procedure you need to follow:
1. Buy your desired parcel of land in AsRux Estates. 2. Go to your mainland parcel and set the parcel for sale for $L0 to "Ashley Rousselot" <------ make sure you get this part right, it's very important.
3. Either IM Ashley Rousselot or Use our Contact Us form on this website to Tell us the details of the land you sold us.
The details you need to give can be found easily here: https://secure-web1.secondlife.com/account/land.php Simply cut and paste it into an Email or IM.
4. Move in to AsRux Estates :) We will email you or send you an IM to indicate what your trade in bonus is, how much and when land use fees will have to be paid on our new land. If you have traded up to a larger block keep in mind that you may still have to make up the difference to pay the first month on the new block. |
